Notes to readers:

    • 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says: All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be complete, fully equipped for every good work. See this link for understanding of good works.
    • Christians who say that they believe that the bible is God’s word to them, and that they believe every word in the bible, say, in effect, that they believe that this scripture and all other scriptures in the bible are true and apply to them personally. Therefore, people who believe this way should be able to find truth in each scripture on this page and apply that truth to their own lives.
    • Since the bible is a book of Symbols, Signs, Types, Parables, Allegories, Copies, and Shadows, the meanings of many scriptures are hidden in figurative language. But it is also true that the meanings of many scriptures may be understood in both literally and figuratively.
    • Because most of the scriptures below may be easily understood in their literal sense, readers who believe that 2 Timothy 3:16-17 is true should be able to understand and apply the literal meanings of those scriptures to their personal lives. People who are not able to find truth and apply to themselves personally are either deceived about what they believe, or they are not looking at these scriptures carefully.
    • Because the emphasis of the scriptures in this page is on evil hearts and behaviors that flow out of evil hearts, it is important to understand that evil symbolizes something very different from the definition most people, including religious people, think of evil.
    • God’s definition of evil is not associated with mythological demons, devils, satans and evil spirits. Biblical references to these creatures and their activities symbolize the teachings (i.e., words) and behaviors of False Prophets known by titles such as Pastors, Priests, Rabbis, Apostles, Bishops, Elders, Deacons, Overseers, Popes, Missionaries and Evangelists, Pharisees and Scribes.
    • Because the teachings and behaviors of these religious leaders are all contrary to God’s commandments about loving one another and doing justice for one another, God considers them to be evil. In other words, any teaching or behavior that is contrary to God’s word is evil, wicked and an abomination.
    • God symbolically categorizes teachings and behaviors that are contrary to his teachings as evil to make a strong warning to not listen to religious leaders or do what they teach.
    • Since words reflect the condition of hearts, God considers hearts to be good and pure, and some hearts to be evil and unclean.
    • Since the things Christian Nationalists say and do are contrary to God’s commandments, their hearts, their words, and behaviors are evil and impure according to God’s definition. This fact is easily confirmed by comparing the things that Christian Nationalists say and do with the scriptures below.
